Muvhango is a former alumnus of The University of Pretoria and The London Metropolitan University (United Kingdom), where he graduated with an MSc in International Finance. He also holds an Executive Development Program from INSEAD. He gained his work experience and work ethic from the most reputable organisations and government agencies, namely; Shell Petroleum (SA), Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa Ltd (IDC), and the Venda Agricultural Corporation, Standard Bank, to name a few. He has since become a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience and has successfully ventured into a myriad of business ventures ranging from file manufacturing, storage, software distributorship, manufacturing and exporting of automotive components, and residential property market. The latter gave birth to Instratin Group which provides full turnkey property development solutions. Since inception in 2013, Muvhango as a founder and Chief Executive Officer of Instratin Group has built a successful and credible entity consisting of four (4) subsidiaries named; (Instratin Properties (IP), Mutesal Consulting, Instratin Construction Management (ICM) and Habitat Property Management (HPM).
THATAHATSO BANTSEKE-MOHANE

Thatahatso, a seasoned Quantity Surveyor and a founding member of Habitat Property Management (HPM), obtained her Master of Science in Building: Property Development and Management / PrQS / PrCPM and a Master in Real Estate (MPRE). She completed her in-service training at CP De Leeuw Quantity Surveyors where she ultimately became a registered Quantity Surveyor (QS). Prior to joining Instratin Group she was an entrepreneur running her own QS consulting firm for over 15 years. She joined the team as the Head of Quantity Surveyor and Project Management Department. She is currently the Managing Director (MD) of HPM responsible for administration and oversight of the day-to-day operations of over 3 000 social housing units in Gauteng, Witbank and North West Province.
TEBOGO MODISHANE

Tebogo is a nuanced construction professional and a graduate of the University of Adelaide in Australia and University of the Witwatersrand where he completed his Civil Engineering degree and a Graduate Diploma in Engineering (GDE), respectively. He has over 20 years of experience in Civil Engineering projects, contracts and construction management, EPCM and property development companies. He exhibits an impressive track record in the industry, where he worked at Jones and Wagener (Pty) Ltd, Esor Construction (Pty) Ltd, Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Africa (Pty) Ltd, and Imbani Group. Tebogo is the Managing Director of Instratin Construction Management (ICM) mandated to oversee and direct building projects for the group. His day-to-day responsibilities involve working side by side with a team of contractors, sub-contractors, related service providers, stakeholders and staff to deliver sustainable and high quality projects timeously.
BABALWA LOBBIE

Babalwa is a graduate of the University of Natal (KZN) from where she emerged with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Accounting. She subsequently passed the Public Practice Examination (Part 2 Board Exam) prescribed by the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors. She has honed her skills working at Sizwe Ntsaluba, where she completed her Chartered Accounting articles before moving on to KPMG (Corporate Finance). Her footprint is on a number of remarkable valuations, corporate finance deals for business and corporate ventures namely; TsogoSun Holdings, Purple Capital, Avent Limited, and Elster Kent Metering. Her career trajectory changed when she became an Investment Associate at Nozala Investment where she executed a number of acquisition transaction across a broad spectrum of industries, specialising in identifying risk, ways to mitigate the risk and acquired extensive knowledge of different industries. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Instratin Group and the Asset Management department.

Livhuwani holds a BSc in Civil Engineering Honours from the University of Cape Town (UCT). He has years of experience in both Civil and Structural Engineering and has worked for the Department of Public Works as a Chief Structural Engineer. In his capacity as the Managing Director of Mutesal Consulting, he leads a team of highly qualified engineers who work on large-scale, technically demanding projects, delivering carbon neutral and sustainable high-quality construction projects for the Group on time and budget.
